Anchestral Property Will
17-Mar-2024 (In Civil Law)
My mother is the only daughter of my grandmother. Now my grandmother is dead and her house has come down in her name. Can she make a will or gift to give this house to my sister and denying me ?
dear client as per your query as it's an ancestral property you can claim it as of registered will, it comes in force after death then your right becomes negligible if she is giving as a gift or a Hiba nama is given to your sister you have a right to claim for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
