Anchestral Property Will

My mother is the only daughter of my grandmother. Now my grandmother is dead and her house has come down in her name. Can she make a will or gift to give this house to my sister and denying me ?

Hi dear good evening. You can change the will which was makes by late mother. your living address is Lucknow then you can meet me for cancellation of will. I'II shall be provided relief as well as soon possible.

dear client as per your query as it's an ancestral property you can claim it as of registered will, it comes in force after death then your right becomes negligible if she is giving as a gift or a Hiba nama is given to your sister you have a right to claim for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Your mother, as the sole heir, generally has the right to distribute her inheritance (including the house) as she wishes. This means a will or gift can give the house to your sister. Feel free to contact further
