Ailing Sr Citizen harassed by loud music, DJ rhythm sound vibrations

I am 82 F Senior Citizen suffering from migraine, anxiety neurosis, high BP and asthma undergoing treatment. My neighbour below harasses me using his 5.1 sound system as a weapon. He has fixed several speakers n woofers on the wall of all his rooms including common toilet and the loud music with vibrations of DJ beats n base guitar vibrate in my home in all rooms causing me palpitations in back of head and heart and sleeplessness. Society says his music is within decibel limits so they cannot help me. Police too are not ready to help. sir please go in the police station and file complaint against that person stating that because of his loud my health is going in trouble because the bass of music is too loud so the beats of music touches my bp and going high level and the sound of speaker is affecting the my house when they not ready for complaint you send him and society legal notice for mental and physical harassment

you can file a written complaint to police, if it doesn't act then you have to approach SP with a written complaint and even after that police doesn't act then finally you may approach court under section of crpc. you need to immediately contact an adv, you may also contact me.

Well, I can assist you to file a Complaint of your Neighbor residing below to Sound Pollution Control Board. Also, you can lodge a Private Criminal Complaint under the concerned sections of IPC before Magistrate.
