agri land passage issue, my neighbor fenced his land

we have land since 2 generations, but now my neighbor fenced his land. we lost my entry, but we don't know if my land has way in records or not. how can we get way for my land. please suggest me.

hi first you need to apply for the pahanies for last 10 years from the govt records and then you could apply a suit for injunction against him for way of passage against him on the ground that he is blocking your way

first of all you read your documents and also link documents. in that documents shows clearly what they read it. I mean boundaries and ingress egress means the warpath fromsite. your dough twill be cleared. if they encroached your land means ( grab ) you will fight them. first of all you read your document and after that you may measure with the help of surveyor. than you finding.

you can get rid of from the easement rights. go and approach a good lawyer in your locality and restore your easement right by filling a suit in appreciate court of law by following procedure. One can close the way which is coming from generations as a custom even you are not related with its ownership.
