Age relaxation of BC candidates in telangana state

Dear Sir, Madam I am looking for clear legal advice from you regarding " one of my family member Attending the TS Govt job interview. As per GO MS 329 and 190 age relaxation is given for 10years for all people. Further 5years age relaxation for BC categories. Wether this 5 years is applicable for all people irrespective of their economic status. Or only non-Creamy layer people. Your advise would be highly appreciated it, if you provide the same on above issue.

Hi As per GO 329 and 190 further age relaxation for BC Categories is applicable only for non creamy layer people. Creamy layer in BC Categories are not eligible for further age relaxation of 5 years.
