After 3years 8 months can I file case in civil court for recovery loan amount given to partnership firm given by cheque one partner retired from Partnership firm.Plz reply

okay I understand your questions so yes it is possible to file a recovery of money if you have a cheque Or agreement on the baiss of that agreement are cheques you can file a case in courtbit it comes under court fee depend up on your money so and you have to give the court reason for 8 months why you are delayed so thank for asking questions.

yes this 8 months delay the advocate need to cover up. you can file a case against the partnership firm it will not be a problem. however, after going through details of the case , we can guide you more appropriately. thank you.
