Advocate took advance and now is not returning calls Can i take action

I have given some amount to an advocate by finding his number on internet. Now after getting the amount.He has switched off his number and sometimed if it is ringing he is picking my calls.Now I want to take proper action against the advocate.please guide me to take a proper action against that advocate.

In your question you have not disclose that for what purpose you have paid such amount to him, However it is my advice to you that you have to send a notice to him for refund of money duly paid by you on failure you have liberty to file money suit against him for recovery of such amount duly paid by you and interest thereon too.

BUT I ADVICE YOU TO WROTE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ADVOCATE TO BAR COUNSEL OF CONCERN STATE AND SEND COPY TO CONCERN ADVOCATE ASSOCIATION AND BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA AND ALL THE ADDRESS YOU CAN GET ON INTERNET. KINDLY ATTACH THE PROOF OF TRANSFER OF MONEY WITH THE COMPLAINT PETITION AND THEREAFTER YOU CAN FOLLOW UP THE STATUS OF YOUR COMPLAINT PETITION BUT FIRST COLLECT THE INFORMATION REGARDING THAT ADVOCATE.
