Advise on Legal farming Land

28-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have 5 Acres of farming land on my Mothers name in that we have bought 2 acres of land 10 years back. And we have been paying taxes and taking loans from banks since 10 years. We have registered documents from whom we bought that 2 acres and all tax paying receipts. Now we came to know that that 2 acres of land have no survey number in government website of TELANGANA. My local Patwari Suggested that you can register that land which is showing in Government website on to my name. Please suggest me on this what can i do for that 2 acres of land to convert legally. And in future is there any chances government pull that land from us?????? Thanks & Regards

Hi
Generally if it is a government land, then the details of government land are entered in prohibited register and you are not permitted to register the properties.
So it is a government land, you would not have been permitted to register the land 10 years back in your name.
So in all likelihood there is a confusion.
if you are doubtful, you should make an application to Collector and District Revenue officials to clarify whether it is a government land and if it is a government land, ask for regularisation of title under the current Land regularisation scheme in your favour.
