मेरे घर के पीछे की बेवरिश जमीन पर मेरा पिछले २० साल से कब्जा था पड़ोसी को जब पता चला कि जमीन बेवारिस है तो उसने मेरी गैर हाजिरी में जमीन के कुछ हिस्से में अतिक्रमण करके नली ब्लॉक कर दिया और एडवर्स पोजेशन क्लेम कर रहा है

एडवर्स पज़ेशन ऐसे क्लेम नहीं किया जा सकता है। उनका क्लेम न्ही टिक पाएगा। आप मुझे संपर्क करिए। एक लीगल नोटिस भेजा जा सकता है उनको ताकि वह अपना अतिक्रमण हटा दे । बाकी मैं ऐसे आपको न्ही बता पाऊँगा जब तक मुझे सारी जानकारी न्ही मिल पाएगी । मुझे सारी जानकारी बताने के लिए मुझसे संपर्क करे. Thank you

In the case of adverse possession you have to place documents which states that adversely possession has not been taken by the opposonet and rely substantial documents which proof your stands. Adverse possession have other legal anpects which will depends on scrutiny of documents, ergo connect with local Advocate

jamin ka koi bhi right claim krne liye. jamin se releted sabhi peper jarurat parata hai . kisi bhi jamin ka possession claim witness or usse raleted document rarurat hota hai kisi bhi jamin ka possession claim witness or usse raleted document rarurat hota hai
