Take bail from the court which has issued warrant against you. As the warrant has been issued, police has the right to arrest you anytime. So isme apka arrest na ho isliye apko bail lena padega uss court sei. Apka case criminal breach of trust and cheating ka hai aur isme apko bail mil jayega. Q: Withdrawal of original suit with liberty of filing of fresh suit

I am defendant.Plaintiff filled original suit and after three of proceedings filled petition for withdrawal and filling of fresh suit without explaining formal defects. This petition was rejected by hon'ble court stating petition is rejected as no formal defect was highlighted.Plaintiff again filled petion after 2 months of above judgement with formal defectand same petition is accepted by court for case withdrawal and liberty to file fresh suit.Pls help whether this judgement is correct.

For that I have to know what the formal defect was and also need to know more about the entire matter. It is very difficult to give an answer based on your question unless i know more about the suit, the contention of the plaintiff and the order of the judge

If a partner unalive herself, & she once told he partner that you'll be responsible for it, what are the chances he is responsible for it or can he be in trouble? Even if there are no suicide note or anything, & she just doesn't want him to get in trouble? Can he be in jail?

No unless there are concrete evidences to show that the other partner abetted the suicide of the partner, nothing will happen to that partner except some regular interrogation related to suicide. No need to fear. If you think police will cause trouble kindly consult a lawyer and he will help you out

Q: Mental Harrasment, Abuse, Dowry and Emotional Torture

Being a muslim, I had court marraige with a punjabi boy in 2024 with.. But after marriage he said that we'll stay in our own houses for 1 year without letting our parents know that we have been married. Later on he said he will convince his parents for our marraige and bring me home. After 1year I asked him when you going to talk to your parents ? then he started giving me excuses by saying he has an elder sister our marraige news will create chaos, she will not get married if our marraige news gets spread out, also he said I won't be able to take a good care of yours as I'm financial not earning well, also my mother and father will never agree to our marriage, let's get separated. After hearing all this I went to talk to his parents about our marraige but his mother said that "beta nobody knows about your marriage with our son, why don't u get divorced"? I know my husband is good man but his family is manipulating him and want us to get separated.

First of all you should decided whether you both want to stay together or not. If yes, you both should sort out the issues by yourself. If you think any kind of settlement is not possible, it is better to hire a lawyer and proceed against your husband in family court for a suit fir divorce and maintenance and if he did harassment and cruelty then you can also file a complaint case against him under domestic violence act
