Action against corrupt govt servants ignoring my complaint what to do

02-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
Several times I have lodged complaints to DM, Commissioner and revenue secretary against corrupt revenue Inspector and Lekhpal through IGRS portal. It is astonishing that corrupt revenue Inspector herself submitted report not on the subject but on other related issue. I am complaining again and again and she is writting only one thing which has not been asked even. These are only to conceal the fact. Higher officers also accepting blindly and not showing interest. Such AS, if I made complaint in Commissioner's office , my application fwd to DM and to SDM. SDM orders those corrupt revenue Inspector and Lekhpal. They submit false report and misleading to officers. In such situation what step should be taken by me to trap these guys and I find justice?

If you have filed any complaint to the concerned authority and the authority has not forwarded any step you can file a writ of mandamus to get some direction to the authority from the Hon'ble High Court so that they may comply the order of this Hon'ble Court. If they fail to follow the direction the contempt of court application may be filed against the authority by name. Thereafter, if he again fail he would be sent to jail by the Court. Thanking You.

You may make a Complaint before the Lokayukya in this matter. The Lokayukya in UP is the ombudsman in aniti corruption matters. You may also approach the High Court either in a PIL or in a writ, which will depend upon detailed facts of this case.
