Acess to my property restricted

19-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
Family member has locked up the house and is restricting my acess to the house as I refused to sign on the power of attorney for the house to be sold. My father passed away without making a will and I am a legal heir. How can I gain acess to the property and what can I do to stop them obstructing my rights?
