Consult a lawyer to represent you in the court . Immediately issue a notice under section 106 of the Transfer of Property act 1882 . File a suit for possession under order 37 of the code of civil procedure 1908 . Ask relief under the Specific Relief act 1963. File a complaint for criminal trespass . Immediately file an FIR under IPC sections : 1. Criminal trespass under section 441 of IPC . 2. Mischief causing damages under section 427 of IPC. 3. Criminal intimidation under Section 506 of IPC. Submit a complaint to Shadnagar police station with your land records of pattadar passbook and title deed of your ownership . Consult a lawyer as soon as your problem is solved and you get relief .

You may initiate the process by submitting a complaint to the local Tehsildar or MRO at Shadnagar along with your land ownership documents, seeking a demarcation of the property to officially identify encroachment. If your neighbors still refuse to vacate, you will need to file a civil suit for possession and injunction, and possibly lodge a police complaint for trespass. Since such disputes require strategic legal action and proper drafting with supporting evidence, I recommend you approach me directly so I can assist you further with legal notices, court proceedings, and ensuring rightful possession of your land.

You can approach the court with relevant title documents and take an injunction order against the illegal occupants. Alternatively, You may settle the dispute with negotiations and ask appropriate rent for usage of land, if that is viable to you.
