About delhi police pension for my mother

Sir. My father was dismissed on 2002 from delhi police after 18 year of regular duty he was suffered from mental health problems not able to think positively even not able to stand alone so he didnt join his duty after several notice and suspension in the last my father asked to come to DCP office then he talked with him alone without think about his mental situation and dismissed him right away. In 2015 my father was no more with mental illness not even able to get up from bed no vision sight no blood nothing because our financial condition delhi police not even promise us for my father job to his son and not even give it to my mother now no pension for my mother and no job for me so i want to ask can my mother is eligible for pension because my father did their job for 18 year sir please reply if we can do anything about it thank you
