A non-government organization conducting a Health survey camp in a village to obtain data on health issues through a certified Sidha Doctor. During camp hours, local government school students also visit to the camp without prior permission from their class teacher or Headmaster. The doctor also provides medicine to school students without appropriate permission from a Government Higher secondary school's Headmaster or the Directorate of School Education Department (Tamil Nadu). So, could you please guide me How can I stop it and what kind of act they are violating.

Firstly lodge a police complaint going police station, in case police not taken action immediately loge complaint in DSP office and also inform to Health office and collector for taking immediate step to stop it

School students being minors cannot be dragged into such camps without the knowledge and consent of their respective parents. If the students go to such camps during the school hours then the school will be held responsible for the same. If you are one of the parents you can send legal notice to all involved. Otherwise, as a member of Public you can lodge complaint to the concerned government authorities and Siddha council and proceed further.
