Wife committed suicide. Now in laws not giving custody of child to me.

Wife committed suicide. At the time of death the brother of my wife was there is our home. Brother gave the statement that i did not do anything. Wife also gave the statement to the doctor that she herself set her fire. Parents also gave statement in my favor. Now the parents are asking for my 50 percent salary and not giving the child to me. They have taught the child to not to come to me. He is 7 years of age. how can i get the custody?
You got full right to get the custody of your son. As your wife has committed suicide & it is well supported by the statements of your in laws. Now then can not misuse it. So file a case for custody of your child under guardians & wards act in court with help of lawyer. U may contact in case of help needed as I am looking after such cases
