Wife and in laws not allowing to see my child.

i am a central govt employee. Christian. orphan. my in laws and wife are not allowing me to see my own son since his birth(july 2018) they don't have income and they are planning to get divorce and live with the alimony and maintenance. i made a complaint against my father in law in All women police station in may 2019. the inspector gave strong advice to them. my father in law apologised and my wife said that she wants to live with me again. she was here for one month and again left to her fathers house with my child. 450km from my place. They are not applying for divorce but forcing me to apply. i have no idea of applying divorce or giving divorce. i still love my wife. 1. can i get unlimited visitation rights without divorce. 2. am i supposed to give maintenance to my wife now. 3. i definitely want the custody of my child now or after he reach 5 years. 4. can i apply for restitution of conjugal rights. pls help.
