What is the procedure for bail if child is arrested under sec 308 IPC

a child arrested under ipc 308 506 323. what is procedure for bail?? can this ipc 308 will remove if supplementry report is normal if yes plz give some advice
Dear Client,
The procedure will be the same but the Court will be lenient while deciding the case of the Child. And by Child means he is of what age? Thou the Juvenile Justice Act, will be of main concern. Juvenile Justice board will release the child on bail, however High Court may interfere to quash the proceedings of registered case. In case of any other legal advice feel free to contact.
