We are unmarried, girl got pregnant not wiling to abort what to do now

Hello All.. I am 21 years old and my girlfriend also 21 years old.. We had sex and used contraception but still she got pregnant.. Now i want to abort that child but she is saying no.. I cant afford to be a father now nor i want to be.. Is there any way through which i can get out from this situation so that i will not be responsible for this child.. What case can be done on me.. Can i signed a paper by her saying that she is only responsible for this child and i am not responsible for it.. Is that proof sufficient if in future she asks for child support or marriage.. We both are hindu
No there is no looking back, the only option you have to get an abortion done only with the consent of the girl. but if she does not want it you cannot force her to do so. the other option is to get married/ or have a mutual discussion and come to a conclusion. Secondly the paper work wont be of any help to you, rather you may also be charged under section 375 IPC in case you try to flee off
