आप को अपनी वाइफ को तलाक देने के लिए कोई मजबूर नही कर सकता है अगर आप अभी भी उन के साथ रहना चाहते है तो उन से बात कीजिये उन्हें समझाइए और जो गलतफहमी आप के बीच हुई है उसे दूर करने की कोशिश कीजिये अगर आप मे या उन में कोई कमी है तो उस कमी को दूर करने और भविष्य में सुखद दाम्पत्य जीवन जीने का वादा कीजिये

Q: Clubbing the cases in one Court. How to go about it ?

I am facing multiple cases of 125 CrPC, 498A, 406, IPC, 4 DP, PWDV Act, 9 HMA, 323, 504, 506 IPC in the different Courts at Delhi, How can I club all and transfer to only one MM Court ? pls provide the citation also.

आप हाई कोर्ट में जा कर गुहार लगा सकते है कि आप के सारे मुकदमों को एक ही जगश ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाय क्यो की आप को हर मुकदमे में अलग कोर्ट जाने में तकलीफ होती है। और उस का असर आप के आर्थिक और सामाजिक क्षेत्र पर पड़ रहा है

Q: We are unmarried, girl got pregnant not wiling to abort what to do now

Hello All.. I am 21 years old and my girlfriend also 21 years old.. We had sex and used contraception but still she got pregnant.. Now i want to abort that child but she is saying no.. I cant afford to be a father now nor i want to be.. Is there any way through which i can get out from this situation so that i will not be responsible for this child.. What case can be done on me.. Can i signed a paper by her saying that she is only responsible for this child and i am not responsible for it.. Is that proof sufficient if in future she asks for child support or marriage.. बच्चा पैदा करना है या नही करना है ये गर्भ में बच्चा पालने वाली मां ही डिसाइड करती है। क्यो की फिजिकल रिलेशन बना कर आप उसे गैभवती तो कर सकते हो पर जबरदस्ती उस का गर्भ गिरा नही सकते हो। गए वो लड़की इस गर्भ के दाम पर आप को ब्लैक मेल करती है तो आप उस पर ब्लैकमेलिंग के चार्ज में केस कर सकते है।

आप उस पर 420 और झूठ बोल कर फिज़िकल रिलेशन बनाने का केस कर सकती है। क्या उस की शादी हो गई है। अगर हो गई है तो आप उस के कगिलाफ रिपोर्ट लिखवा सकती है कि उस ने आप से झूठ बोला और अपने घर वालों के सामने भी आप के बारे में झूठ कहा जिसकी वजह से आप की मानहानि हुई है आप मानहानि का मुकदमा भी कर सकती है।
