She filed divorce n child custody too....vo apne maike apne marji se gyi mujhe bina bataye.. after 15 to 20days c she called me..bolti me nhi aaungi mjhe nhi rakhna baccha tumhara nhi h..tumhara baccha to mar gaya kab ka..n ol etc etc..

You have to file restitution of conugal rights so that you keep youself on better side contesting the divorce petition filed by her and also the custody of the child if she does not want the child to keep with her and accordingly contest both the matters simultaneously
