Separation / Restraining order against parents

Hi , I am having a lot of problems with my parents and they are extremely controlling and mentally harassing me. I am twenty years old and I want to know if I can separate from them.
laws does support every child that they should be treated well by parents and if their parents are torturing them then they can take severe action against them and that will not be good for them and for which the parents can be penalised under the provision of law
