How can I apply for custody of my daughters
19-Jun-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I had not applied for visitation rights after one sided divorce. I did not have to give any alimony to my wife. I did not apply for visitation rights because has a habit of blackmailing. Now the daughters is twelve years old and I want her custody. I am paying maintenance for her regularly. Please advice. I'm a Hindu by religion.

The child is girl who is minor therefore it is quite obvious that the custody with be with mother until you can prove that your wife is not able to maintain the child or if you can prove that your wife is a women of not good virtue then only you can have the custody of your minor child
