Grounds to prove adultery matter for any divorce case
19-Nov-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
Is is a must to prove the act of adultery for divorce? If so what type of proof is required? Normally it is almost impossible to get the act on record.
As per law, one has to prove voluntary sexual intercourse. It is difficult to let in direct evidence. Court will be suspicious on such evidence.
The legal position is it would be sufficient to prove through circumstantial evidence.
