Father spoiling child by taking her during her ill health and studies

i am a single mother living with my 11 yrs old daughter. my ex husband also lives in the same city and is allowed to meet my daughter. His demands are now going overhead. He take her out even if she is not well, takes her 44 km on bike, pressurise her to join theatre even if its bad for her study. His motive his to make her an actress regardless of all the dirt of this field.its getting worst as he doesnt care whether i give permission or not. My daughter's custody is mutual thats why I have not taken any legal action against him.I really need some help to stop him. plz help me.
madam in this case you can file an application under section 26 of the Hindu marriage act and ask for interim orders mentioning the above facts and stating that the father visiting the daughter is detrimental to her interest and he is spoiling her and hence if any orders are passed they also can be altered and you can request the court to pass the orders accordingly.
