District Court In Final Order Not Mention About Visiting Day And Time.

29-Jan-2025 (In Child Custody Law)
After the divorce completion district court in a child custody case of 9 yr old boy mentioned in i terim order about the day and time for meeting with son and video call but in final order it gave the custody to mother and didn't mention anything about meeting or video calls to son so is this means my son mother can refuse me to meet the son .And do I need to submit any further application in district court about the time when I can meet the son. Or what is the procedure further as the judge didn't mention anything in the final order and gave custody to his mother.

you need to make an application before magistrate about the meeting time with your child or you have some other alternative remedy to challenge this order before the appellate court on the ground of illegality
