Child custody Interim And Final Order

Interim order said that Father can meet his son twice in month and video call thrice weekly but in the final order there is nothing mentioned about meet and call and custody given to Mother so in this case interim order valid or father can not meet and call to son as in final order nothing mentioned. And what could be the next course of action .

the final order seek a clarification from the court in the interim order child custody given to mother and visitation rights to father is this a case of mutual divorce the next course of action will depend about whether it's a contested case or mutual divorce case

if the final order is not speaking one, you can challenge it and set aside by the court. No one can take away the visitation rights of Father. it is a right which recognised by various Supreme court judgements.
