3 year old child's custody where to file the case

My wife is living seperately from me since May 2016. I am in Jaipur and she is in Bhopal. She has started working in Bhopal in Nov16. After that, i went to Bhopal in Drc16 and everyone in my inlaws allowed me to take my kid to Jaipur. My kid was with me in Jaipur till Mar17 but she forcibly took him back to Bhopal in Mar17. Now, where will i file custody case - bhopal or jaipur?
Apko apke child ke education ya other papers ke according Jaipur me custody ka case file kar na he,ap Jaipur me case file kar sakte ho....waise to custody ka case vahi file hota he kaha baccha normally rahta he
