Withdrawal of cheque bounce case

27-Jul-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had filed cheque bounce case against accused who was my tenant before lockdown around March 2020. But couldn't give summon that time since he faked his address and later courts were closed because of pandemic. Now after 1.5 year hearing started but I am not interested and I want to withdraw this case . What is the process to withdraw or will it be cancell automatically if I will not appear in the court?

you better go and withdraw the case. but I would suggest you not to withdraw as the case is filed court fees is paid and matter might take time but you keep a little more patience. you can get your money back with interest and litigation cost. if the accused is not appearing get a warrant issued against him. get it served via police. if u want I can handle the matter for you and u r not even require to appear in court. call me I can help u and find some solution for u.

you will have to file an application before the court and seek permission for withdrawing the complaint.
You could also have a fresh summons issued to a new address and have the accused appear before thr court
