This suggestion for you the cheques bounces case is come only under NI Act the pleadings of your case implead the word is fraud in your complaint ,the section 420 IPC section is not come inder NI act so many affex court judgements are there i suggest you filed the case under NI Act before your local jurdustiction where your residents.
