What to do if the other party is claiming more money then lended

One person file case of 1.5 lac on me it's false I am only take 10000/- ripped to him and also return hit case is running. and I also contest the case in pathankot court but he file a case on my friend also on amount of 350000/-(He give only 30000/- MI's use security cheque)and compromise on only 45000/- and my friend take on affidavit he withdrawal the case. So suggest me can Amy show affidavit to judge for proof his profile he put false case. Kindly suggest me
Presumption under negotiable act is against u under section 118 and 119.court presume every cheque is under consideration is issued. But this presumption is rubattalable . U can show the affdavit. And showing that complainant is habitual to file case against person.
