What to do if someone fake my sign and cheque bounced

My cheque book was lost....i informed the bank about it...and after a month someone did fake sign and deposited cheque in the bank and cheque got bounced....m i in trouble?
It's the matter of forgery, cheating and fraud the thing need to be discussed in detail after further consultation will be able to guide you more properly. You can file a police complaint under Ipc section

Not at all. for cases u/s.138, 2 things are are necessary. First is that existence of liability and Second is cheque should have been given to discharge that existing liability. Therefore, person filing complaint has to prove that you owe money to him or cheque was issued to pay liability. Therefore nothing to worry.
