What to do if cheque bounced by post office

after matuarty of my RD account post office give me a cheque of Rs.39000/- & ceque is bounced

Your Post Office is also like any other person/entity. Please file a Complaint against the Post Master under Cr. Pc for offence under Negotiable Instruments Act after duly complying with the provisions in force.

Don't directly think of taking legal action, normally chqs frm chqs frm chqs government don't bounce, there may be possibilities some other fault.
Just go post office, explain ur problem to post master in writing. If still issue persist, then knock the doors of court.
