Service supply coriander seed to 1 spices manufacturer company in Kerala he give me post dated cheque but at that check bounce so we file 138 case against this company now he is giving warning to case of bad quality supply this business done on 5 months before give me legal advice I am Rajasthan

in case you have filed a cheque bounce case against him you should proceed ahead with it. you need to tell me if he has filed any case against you or not. he can also file a case against you for claming damages.

You are right at your place if he file a case against you then he should prove it
You are not a defaulter here in this case he is a accoused here he did 138ni act and 406ipc crime here

you have provided half information. How has he communicated to you that the seed quality is bad? What were the payment terms? Anyway, if he has communicated via call, then you can file an affidavit along with your call details that the person is trying to avoid the liability by taking the defense of the quality of seeds. However, it does not affect your Cheque Bounce Case, as you have mentioned that after 5 months of the transaction, he is now claiming that quality is bad.
