Hello team we have send a legal notice to one party but he didnt reply to my notice then what we can do now
Now you can present a libel under Section 138 NI Act And the said obligation is to be submitted within 45 days from the date of notice.After the libel is presented, the court issues summons to the accused after taking the reciprocity
