What remedy lies against judicial hearing lacking petitioners consent?

During a recent hearing, the judge heard the respondent out of turn with out the consent of the petitioner. How can I proceed against this illegal act of the judge. Please let me have your valuable suggestions. Thank you.
Definately there is remedy.
You can give an application to disrtrict judge to transfer the case in another court.
It is one of remedy
It will b quite better u to proceed the matter
And if u want to take legal action against judge then first of all u have give an application in writting to district judge
