It is ₹40000/- The court fee is not refundable.it is to be deposited in court. It may be refunded upon compounding of offence/withdrawal before framing of the charges in court upon moving an application before court to compound and close the case.

Court fees is 2 percent of the cheque amount.i.e.on Rs.20 lakhs it is Rs.40,000.00. Incase the complaint withdraws before the charges are framed then 50 % of the court fees will be refunded provided the claim is made within one year of the withdrawal.
