I have one cheque which was issue by my friend for security of a hand loan.
So did you provide Handloan to your friend or is your friend is liable to repayment of transaction amount to you.
Then we can file a cheque Bounce case against him for repayment of money which was owned by him from you

If you deposit cheque and it bounces then then you have to send notice immediately through a lawyer then lawyer will fule case after giving time estimated in law. So contact a lawyer immediately after your bounce of cheque.
