Unable to payback personal loan

I'm unemployed since 2.5 yr, I have about 4.5 lakh debt personal loan from p2p loan online platform, student UPSC&MPSC, Single age 27yrs, am i eligible for Insolvency, is it advisable, if not how take 1.5/2 years time to pay back? been paying mountain of medical bills, pls help
personal loan is an unsecured loan so dont worry if you are unable to pay the loan as bank cannot take action against you under sarfesi act only you need to inform the bank that you are ready to pay and cannot pay right now kindly call for brief discussion
