Time frame to deposit the amount in high court

If i am challenging the session court order in high court and if the case is accepted will the high court provide time to deposit the amount?
When you file an appeal or revision petition challenging an order passed by the Sessions Court, your lawyer will typically file an application for suspension of sentence or a stay of the fine. As per your issues, you can file a revision petition before the High court and court will stay the order of the Session court by imposing a condition that deposits to 30 percent of the ordered amount within one month of the date of the order.
