my sign is forged by a charitable trust and a cheque bounced case came against me.what shall i do?

As the cheque has already bounce you don't have an option other than to defend yourself. You would be sent a legal notice by the opposite party kindly reply back to it through a reply from your lawyer. If the case is filed then kindly appear when you receive summons and prove that the signature is forged.
