Security cheque misused and submitted it after filed case of 138. Please suggest the solution.
in the court where the 138 matter is filed there through evidence you will have to prove that cheque was a security cheque and not for discharge of debt ... that will give you acquital in the 138 case too ... please contact me, lets discuss this case in detail.
