Promissory note in cheque bounce case

In trail court, If defendant claimed that promissory note is forged. Complaint and witness stated this is defendant sign and promissory note is submitted in court. But court acquitted the defendand, In appeal , can we request for forensic expert opinion ?

yes, you may file a criminal miscellaneous petition in the appeal to appoint experts to seek opinion on the basis of perusal of records.____________________________________________________________________________________
