Procedure to recover the cheque bounce amount from defaulter

hi, One person has cheated me by bouncing 18 lakhs. I want to recover. Judgement is also in my favour (complainant). Accused not revealing where the amount is spent. She is ready to go to jail. So is there any way to know where the amount was spent. Is there any way to find out whether she invested in property to take it under civil suite.
