Dear,

If the cheques issued by the woman have bounced, issue a demand notice through a lawyer to her to make the payment within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice. If the woman fails to pay the amount, file cheque bounce case against her in the concerned magistrate's court under whose jurisdiction the cheques have bounced within 30 days of the expiry of the notice period. Also, file money recovery suit in the concerned civil court on the basis of promissory note. Feel free to contact me should you need any help/assistance.

This suggestion only. Under NI Act time limits is there already you have bouced cheque. so you pl. Contact an advocate to solve your problem. But another thing is there you have promissory note so you can file civil suit for recovery of your debt and you obtained the decree ,the limitations of the said for period of twelve years of your decree .so solve your problem through your advocate.
