Procedure to recover cheque bounce amount

Sir a person gave me four cheques but all bounced amount 365000 how can i re-pay my amount
Make q complaint against that person who have give u that cheque along with full detail that why u have taken that cheque under sec 138 NIA.
For this u must have the Boucher in which the bank said insufficient balance in account and original cheque

First you have to send him legal notice through an advocate and demand your money. If still he doesn't repay your amount within 15 days of receiving notice then you have to file complaint against in the court of magistrate. Please also tell when the cheque was bounce.
