Procedure in case of check bounce of Rs 50,000 twice

I have a complane against a person those who cheated me. He has taken 50 thousand rupees. He told me I will give you job in axis bank. Actually sir he is the gonal manegar of axis bank. But still nothing happen .finally he gave me 50k check. But two time check has been bounced . please sir tell me what to do.
section 138 negotibale intrument act send notice to the person who is not giving uou the money along with details of bounced cheques and within thirty days after the expiry of the perieod.. file a criminal complain agianst the accused person in the court of cjm.

1 Or 2 or 3 dose not matter is just dishonour....after the check dishonour with in 30 day send legal notice and then wait for 15 day if in 15 day not get payment you can file a complaint case against the person...
15 day started from the day he received the legal notice....
