Case 138 of propriter ship firm Firm name - sunil wear pro Rakesh Sunil jain and rakesh jain are 2 brothers and sitting in same shop, so by confusion- Notice and summon send to sunil individual And they appear also.. I want to know is there is any risk to 1 party who fileed the case because all proceding done on sunil jain
