Not giving money back in some reputed chit fund

I have deposited 5 lakhs in some chit fund they are not paying back my money after several months request they gave two cheques with 2 different dates and amount I have deposited one cheque and it got returned due to insufficient funds please give me a solution to get my money back they are using our chit money in real estate purpose and they are cheating us saying that they are In loss
