NI 138 BEFORE DELHI. What Is The Pecuniary Jurisdiction
01-Jul-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Can anyone tell me that does Court of MM admitted the case with pecuniary jurisdiction more than 1 crore in delhi
In criminal law, there is no pecuniary jurisdiction. The pecuniary jurisdiction vest with the civil court. if it is a cheque bounce case, the amount of cheque has nothing to do with the jurisdiction of the MM to try the case.
