Need to settle Used Car loan due 2 lakh. want settlement with 50k

I have a Used car loan which due amount almost 2 lakh rupees. Case is running in Banksal court, Kolkata. Can any Lawyer help to settle the loan with 50K? If negotiate and settle the loan with 50K i can pay 5k as fees but after settlement letter issued. If anyone can help with that, please help me. Already My cibil gone not worry with cibil. Just need to settle the loan with 50K.

A lawyer can negotiate with the bank or finance company for a One Time Settlement (OTS) on your behalf, but settling the loan at ₹50,000 depends entirely on the lender’s consent. If a case is pending in court, settlement is usually completed through a written settlement letter and appropriate court filing. No lawyer can guarantee settlement at a fixed amount.
